How to disable focus inbox in Outlook

Some people love Focus Inbox; some really do not. I do not, and if you are reading this its because you do not either.
Outlook on Mac
- Open Outlook, then open preferences (now called settings in macOS Tahoe if you haven't yet updated! The water is great!)
- In Settings select "Reading"
- Then uncheck "Sort Messages into Focused and Other"
Perfect, Outlook on your Mac will no longer separate mail into Focused and Other, but what about your phone?
Outlook on iPhone and iPad
- To disable Focus and Other on iPhone and iPad, first open Outlook, then tap your icon and open the settings menu
- Then select Mail
- Then, and only then you can defeat the focused inbox.
