The Computer Policy should be attached - please read it over and send me back a signed copy at your convenience.
When you’re finished with that, you may follow the instructions below to activate your new account:
Please head to office.com and sign in with your NCC email address (___@northcoastchurch.com) and the temporary password: Welcome123!
You will then be prompted to enter a new and unique password.
Once completed, you will be asked to enter a phone number for verification. This will allow you to reset your password in the future if you forget it.
When you sign in, you will be directed to the Office homepage. To the left, you’ll see a list of icons for programs available for you to use.
If you click on Outlook, it will open up our remote email server so that you can access your email from any computer. Alternatively, you can view your email directly by heading to: outlook.office.com or by downloading the Outlook app on your phone.
If you click on Teams, you will be directed to our Office messaging system – in it, you can either direct message specific people in North Coast, or join a Team and participate in group conversations in the Team Channel.
Teams is also a free install, so feel free to download it onto your computer or phone if you’d like to get notifications easier.
