Resetting Outlook on PC

2. In the upper left corner, click File

3. Click on Account Settings, then select Manage Profiles

4. In the pop-up, click on Show Profiles

 

5. Select the Mailbox (default name is Outlook), and hit Remove

6. Hit "Yes" on the prompt that shows up (Don't worry, your email won't really be deleted!)
